    It’s always tea time

It’s always tea time (written in English & Dutch) Tea Time I am keen on fresh herbs! This year my son started a biologic garden and of course he didn’t forgot to plant herbs . We have long rows of beautiful rosemary, thyme, lavender and during summer our garden is filled with mint, basil, chive, sage and melissa. Our plan is to plant a lot more over the next years. I want to smell, eat and spread them on my body or skin. My son Andres “@Andresgarden” will plant the herbs and take care of them! Thanks son. My face needs a massage!

My face needs a massage (written in English and Dutch) The last few weeks I’m busy with a couple of new things and so I’m sitting for hours behind my computer screen. As a result, too little fresh air, too much to worry about and too much blue light. You can guess it, I feel gray and tired with puffy bags under my eyes. Simple skincare science

Simple skincare science (written in English and written in Dutch) For years I don’t use a night cream anymore. I clean and nourish my skin with pure vegetable oils.   Quiet recently I started using almond oil. It nourishes the eyelashes abd makes them strenger. Almond oil has an additional advantage that it smells very well. To remove my make-up around my eyes I use a cotton pad, put a few drops of oil and ready. To clean the rest of my face, I put oil in my hands and massage for a few minutes my face. My advice: warm the oil between your hand palms. Afterwards use a small…
